Make sure you have redeemed your Certiport exam voucher as instructed in the email. Otherwise, you will not be able to take the exam.
In the schedule, each sessions have a different exam link.
You must only access to the link in your own group slot. The proctors will not approve your access if you click on other group's exam link. Your voucher number should appear in your Certiport front page.
Below is what you will need to do during the online certification day:
1) Make sure your computer is ready at least half an hour before the session (& you are also able to login Certiport). Switch off any FireWall, AntiVirus, Blocker etc in your computer.
2) Access the exam schedule PDF above. Wait and only click the given link when the we instruct you in this WhatsApp group.
3) After clicking, download the Compass Browser installer in the page. Run the installer as as Administrator.
4) Once it is launched, you will be entering Certiport virtual machine. Wait until the Certiport Login screen loads.
5) If it takes up to 10 minutes to load (the login page does not appear), close the Compass Browser.Close all browsers & reopen. Access the exam link again, download Compass & run it again (as Admin). If it is still loading for more than 10 minutes, you have to switch to another computer/laptop. So, I recommend that you have another PC as a backup.
6) After you've logged in, double click the Compass icon. You will need to switch the toggle (it should show the voucher number you've redeemed), before clicking next.
7) As you reached the 'Proctor Page', release your mouse & DO NOT do anything. Make sure your CapsLock key is OFF. Wait for the proctors to approve. Then, the proctors will let you know when you access the question.
8) Communicate with the proctors in the Chatbox on the right side of your screen. If you need to snap & share your own screen during the exam, send them to the WhatsApp group (Photoshop or Unity). Tag your proctors & include your full name.
